Today is the first day of the Ready, Set, Launch! challenge. I’m so excited that you decided to participate! Over the next four days I’m going to guide you through planning your most successful launch possible — whether you’re gearing up for your first launch or your tenth!
Each day, you’ll receive a video lesson that teaches you exactly how to plan one aspect of your launch, as well as an assignment (in the form of a PDF worksheet) that makes it easy to take action on what you learned in the video.
If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to hit “reply” and ask away. I’ll be doing double-duty on my inbox this week to provide support to everyone who’s participating in the challenge, so that the experience can be as valuable as possible.

Day 1: An Offer They Can’t Refuse
Planning a successful launch starts with defining your offer in a way that your audience can’t resist. You have a great service or product, that you know can get your customers results, but unless you frame it well, they might not understand how it can help them.
Whether you’ve launched your product in the past, offer it as an ongoing service, or even if it’s brand-spankin-new, for best results we need to frame it as a drool-worthy offer.
Here’s a quick example that demonstrates the difference this makes for a product — what’s more enticing:
a) Web design services that cost $3,000 for a complete site.
b) A custom-designed photography website, built by an expert web developer who understands how to create a site that will appeal to brides. Investment: 5 payments of $850
See, it’s not always about the price — or about the skill of the service-provider. Web designer “a” above might be even more talented than web developer “b,” but the second offer is much more likely to convert, because it’s framed to appeal to a more specific audience.
